Indonesiapleasure operates entirely throughout Indonesia and other parts of Asia. One can make his/her payment here internationally through schemes like Paypal, Debit/Credit cards and RazorMoney. A minimum of 4 to 5 business days is the time span for our products to get delivered at one’s doorstep. However, it may vary due to duties or customs. No matter which item you order, it would be packed in standard boxes with no details on it except the customer’s contact information.

Report us within 48 hours for a wrong product

One who receives an inappropriate product must report within 48 hours without fail. In case he/she fails, no request will be taken for returning the order.

Products to be replaced and not refunded

In case one receives a wrong product, he/she can forward a request for product return. Accordingly, the product will be replaced. But no money will be refunded.

Damage by the user not to be considered

If there is no damage to the order we deliver, we would not accept any request for returning the product. Therefore, no one will be answerable from Indonesiapleasure.

Besides, you can always update your area pin code, new mobile number, order number and even payment details. After confirming your payment receipt along with postal address, the order will be processed.

All our orders are delivered through courier service providers like DHL, TNT, UPS, Aramex etc. With the help of SMS, we keep all our customers updated. The SMS will comprise the shipment information and tracking number.
